The proving grounds are located in the Lancaster/Mojave Desert region. The buildings house offices, team workrooms, a fuel and wash building and a VDA building. The main building contains a reception/lobby area, gallery, conference rooms, technical center offices and an equipment testing lab. The team workrooms contain the Technical Center Garage with four lifts, scale, surface plate and machine shop, shock dyno lab, tire and parts storage drives, test service bay with three lifts, dining and recreation facilities, security and shower/locker rooms.
