The re-purposing of the existing Shriners Hospital into a 132 unit eldercare facility. SWA Architects will design 119,000 SF of tenant improvements and 27,000 SF of additions throughout the new facility that will house approximately 263 residents. The facility is comprised of three floors consisting of assisted living spaces, common areas, and an entire floor dedicated to Alzheimer and memory care residents.
