New ground up 198 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with 40,692 sq. ft. 97-bed Special Treatment Program (STP) for ambulatory patients with special needs. The STP patients are those who have a need for treatment of paranoid/schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol and/or drug dependency, manic depression and other nonviolent mental challenges. The STP units are designed with special treatment group therapy rooms, quiet rooms and in and outdoor activity centers for the purpose of training and treating the patients. The STP is a locked unit with delay egress mechanism approved by SFM. This project has received final plan check sign-off from OSHPD and is waiting for approval of financing to commence construction.
